WHAT THE DEAL WITH BLOOM?
BLOOM is referring to the firmness of gelatine. 
The higher the number of indicated Bloom gelatine, the stiffer end product you get. 
Our Gelatine is indicated at 200 Bloom level with higher strength for more stable end products. 
(typical Bloom level used in food: 125 Bloom - 250 Bloom)

HOW TO USE SHEET/ LEAVE GELATINE?
5g of gelatine need 30g of water
1. Fully soak gelatine sheet in room temperature water until all water absorbed. 
2. Double-boil the gelatine until dissolved to use. 

Usage Amounts Per Envelope: 
- 5 sheets gelatine to 150g water to make 175grams gelatine mass

STORAGE:
- Avoid sunlight and moisture. KEEP DRY.
